Founder’s Journey
My journey into business started long before BPO Mate Global.Growing up in a business family, I was exposed early to entrepreneurship, business operations, and the value of building sustainable businesses. Alongside practical business experience, I strengthened my foundation through formal education.

I completed my Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Business from Amity University, Noida, followed by a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Amity University, Noida, developing expertise in international business, management, business strategy, and global market development.However, my entrepreneurial journey began much earlier.I started by buying and selling used mobile phones online, where I learned the fundamentals of sales, negotiation, customer relationships, and digital commerce.From there, I expanded into B2B trading, opened my own retail business, and later built a wholesale operation focused on electronics and mobile accessories.

This provided deep operational experience across procurement, sales, customer acquisition, and business growth.Recognizing the opportunity in digital commerce, I then launched an e-commerce division, selling products across international markets and gaining practical exposure to global trade and international customer acquisition.Building on this experience and identifying a growing need for scalable business support services, I founded BPO Mate Global in 2013.

We initially started with Content Moderation and Content Tagging services, supporting digital platforms and helping businesses maintain quality, compliance, and trust.Over time, we expanded into customer operations, outsourcing, consulting, and international growth services.

B2B Lead Generation Specialist - Over the years, I have built and scaled B2B growth programs across industries by creating outbound sales strategies, appointment setting systems, prospecting frameworks, and international business development campaigns that generate measurable opportunities and revenue growth.

Franchise Specialist - With extensive experience in franchise consulting and development, I have worked closely with businesses to structure franchise models, recruit partners, expand internationally, and build scalable franchise ecosystems.

Through strategy, business development, partner identification, localization, and execution, I have helped 100+ brands evaluate, design, and successfully enter the Indian market.
